Welcome to our fall 2025 update!

As the season turns and the holidays draw near, I’m delighted to connect with you and share some of the exciting developments at MedMove of Georgia, Inc. — and to thank you for entrusting us with your non-emergency medical transportation needs.

What’s New in NEMT & Industry Trends

Across the non-emergency transportation (NEMT) field, demand continues to rise as healthcare systems and patients alike recognize the importance of safe, reliable transport for non-emergent medical needs. Many providers are increasing their pre- and post-operative service offerings to ensure continuity of care.
There’s growing emphasis on specialized coordination between NEMT providers and medical facilities (surgery centers, hospitals) to streamline scheduling, discharge planning, and follow-up care.
Accessibility, comfort, and on-time performance remain key differentiators in our space — and we continue investing in driver training, vehicle maintenance, and customer communication systems to stay ahead.

New Services: Pre- & Post-Operative Transport Partnerships

In response to these trends and your feedback, we now offer dedicated pre- and post-operative NEMT services, designed specifically for patients traveling to and from surgeries or procedural appointments. We have begun partnering with leading surgery centers and hospitals in the Metro Atlanta area to offer:

Seamless transport to the surgical facility, with time buffers to allow for check-in and pre-op preparations
Wait-stay or return transport from discharge, so patients are never stranded,
Coordination with facility case managers to help manage timing and reduce stress.

These new partnerships allow us to integrate more closely with your care continuum — helping ensure that your medical journey is safer, smoother, and more reliable.
